atreu he smiled and knelt down holding out his hands

rosemarie she smiled and crawled to him and took his hands

atreu smiled " alrigh and up we go" he said makign her stand up

"Well look at you." he said proudfully to her, even though he knew it was Atreu holding her up. Then a thought arose in his head "I wonder how fast she'll grow up." he asked, kind of realizing she won't be little for long, or at least compare to normal spans.

rosemarie she laughed and let go to stand on her own and she smiled looking over at her daddy

He had a look of both surprise and pride. "Looks like I spoke too soon." he said to her with a proud smile on his face. He moved from the couch to the floor now. "perhaps we should wait till your mom is awake before we try your first step though, Ja? I'm pretty sure she would want to see that since she didn't get to see you stand." he added.

He gave a small wave. "Hallo dear." He said to Alice with a smile. He looked back to Rosemarie and chuckled a little. "Maybe not yet then." He said as he goes over and pick her back up.

rosemarie looked at her mommy and she smiled and she wanted to go to her so she tried to walk

He smiled and stands up now instead of picking her up, He goes over and helps her stay up and take her first steps toward her mommy. Helping when she needed it.

Rosemarie smiled and walked slowly to her mommy and she just giggled the whole time

alice bent down
" come on my love come to mommy" she said

"Almost there." he said encouraginglly to Rosemarie as she walked closer and closer to Alice now. He kept up with her, staying stooped over and helping along the way.

rosemarie smiled and walked to her and hugged her mom

alice smiled and picked her up
"YOU DID IT!" she said laughing and spun her around

Verschlinger smiled and watched Alice and Rosemarie. After Alice had spun with thier daughter, he stepped closer and hugged the two of them together. "Good job Rose." he said, kissing the little one's forehead.

" shes gonna be all grown up soon" she said

It took a moment for verschlinger to realized what just happened. "You might be growing up too fast." He noted, wondering how she just learned language right now. He looks over to Alice. "Down I guess?" he shrugged, still a bit shocked.

"Alot faster than I thought." He thought aloud as he scracthed his head in amazement. "Ummm, you know what, I'm just going to go with it." He shrugged not sure what else to do in the situation.

" well it's ok she will be our baby girl forever" she said

He smiled as he thought about it. "Ja, although I bet she will be a handful when she becomes a teenager." he said with a smirk, somewhat dreading it internally.

"Small, sweet, and adorable?" He asks as he put an arm around Alice's shoulders. "Ok, I think we can handle that." he said confidently with a smirk to her.
