For those asking to disable it, there is a button on the far right that will hide it from view. However you cannot disable it sorry.
For those who want chatrooms post tickets and they'll get done asap. If you have a specific password you want be sure to mention it; however be aware that you will need to reenter the password everytime you open the chat, so don't make it obnoxiously complicated!

The feature was disabled with code, so when their browsers reset their cache for the website (or they press Alt F5) it will disappear. It'll be reenabled once we fix the security flaws with that particular part of the toolbar
