I would give it a day to see if the problem fixes itself. The other option is to put in a ticket and have the staff look into the problem.A new recruit named Brother Murdan has had his join request accepted, but he is not showing up on the roster.

Different problem, he has not activated his account apparently. Didn't realize non-activated accounts could apply, so this has been fixed. When he clicks the link in the activation email it'll fix your roster.
Do Not XBL-Message or PM Me Website or Community Issues/Requests.
Use The Support Centre Instead!
