Odd problem

This is actually a problem that I have never heard of before. Are you sure that they are entering there information correctly?I have had a couple of new recruits come back to me saying that they are not able to activate their accounts, they said they clicked multiple times to get the email to activate but nothing yet.

As far as i am aware they are.
Can you ask them to copy the link and paste it in a browser bar? That would fix it if their email client isn't reading the URL as a URL.
If they can click it and it gives them an error then we can look into it.
While we're at it open a ticket with their names and I can activate them
Do Not XBL-Message or PM Me Website or Community Issues/Requests.
Use The Support Centre Instead!
