Okay, this is just weird.. Just now, I tried to repair my armchair, and a coin fell out. Nothing strange, right? But this is a Chinese coin! O.o

It looks like >>This<< on one side, and with two Chinese dragons on the other side. The coin is about 0.5 mm in thickness, and seems to be in pretty good shape.

I bought the armchair from a secondhand for two bags of coal(don't ask, loooong story...) about two years ago. Catty was, to say the least, furious about me bringing home this piece of furniture in her carefully decorated living room. But as the man in the house I put my foot down and said: Pleeeaasee? Well it worked. So I cleaned it up, and since then, it have been my personal chair, and my own place in the house.

And now it has given me a Chinese coin. At least I think it is a Chinese coin. Anyone out there that know what kind of coin this is? And how it got into the chair?

It may just be a coin used in construction, it seems to be the equivalent of a nickel. But the Chinese are known to put stuff like that in all their furniture as good luck

This time it was a Swedish coin, probably mine, so no worries, but it still scared the crap out of me..

Well you say the coin has dragons it. The dragon is a sign of extremely bad luck. I'm just kidding it means really extremely good luck, so if you got dragons on it and it isn't fake then you are a really lucky bastard.

I'm not putting this down to the coin, or luck. It's probably a coincidence, but today I got a economic refund from an old forgotten insurance. This is a very well timed thing, thanks to the fact that the move have left me and Catty a bit low on cash.

So first I find a Chinese Coin, then I receive money in my account..
