Entering the command tent, Wolfus checks his data slate. Captain Hadon approaches. "Well Wolfus, looks like we won't get to the palace just yet. Those robed bastards were able to dig in and reinforce positions between here and the palace," the captain says. "That is most unfortunate sir," Wolfus replies. "Yes it is. I need your squads to clear out those positions. Captain Issus' devastators squads will back you up. You'll also have squads from the tenth and eleventh companies assisting you," he says. "I'll get it done, sir," Wolfus says.

Overhearing Marcus and Horun speaking, I walk up to them "how long have you know one another?" I asked. Just being friendly. " And I agree with Marcus sgt. Horun, emotions can get you killed on the battle field, they must me kept it check." I state, my dark eyes staring at Horun. I turned around at sit on the ammo crate near Jerzo. Sitting down I dismantle my heavybolter and cleaning, looking up and my two sqaud brothers waiting for an answer that might not come.

Approaching the squads, Wolfus says, "lets go we leave in fifteen minutes, for the front." Wolfus then walks away towards the waiting rhino transports at the far end of the compound.

I walk up to Marcus and place my hand on his shoulder."Looks like we get to fight this nis guided fools once more!" I chuckle cycling my heavybolter making sure I have rounds in the breach. "Before we mount Horun, do you details on the resistance we're going to fave brother?" I ask standing just outside the loading ramp of the Rhino.

Looking at Horun, noticing that he's equipped with weapons I didn't see him receive. Putting the thought to the back of my head. Taking my seat in the rhino I place me bolter on the weapons rack beside me, and prepare for the long ride to the battle zone.

Entering the lead rhino and taking place at the cupola on the storm bolter, Wolfus keys his vox, "Onwards m battle brothers! Let us wipe out these foul zealots."

Marcus smiles and runs into the closest rhino transport he could see he locked his bolter and blade on the rack waited for the roar of the engines to push any thought he had to the back of his mind

The armored convoy goes forth into the city. Wolfus pans the spires with his storm bolter, looking for targets. Ten minutes in a collapsed building bars the convoys path. "Throne of Terra, what the hell is this?" He says, but suddenly a missile hits the side of the rhino rendering it immobile and launching Wolfus from the cupola. Picking himself off the ground he spots the zealot and dispatches him with his bolter, but there are many more firing down on the convoy. "Defensive pattern alpha, now," he orders into his vox.

Marcus keys his vox "captain how far are we from the objective?" Reilising the hail of fire was all over the rhino he decided to unlock himself and took his bolter "driver lower the ramp im going to give them something else to shoot at"

"Marcus, We're further than we need to be! make sure the rest of the squad is alright, protect the wounded...well not you personally obviously, you kill things too much" laughs and pulls a wheelie upon a cultis face, grinding him into a pupil. I look to my left and spot another heavy team setting up 5 clicks east. "Wolfus, There is a heavy team setting up just east of here, about 400 metres. They have mortars and more rockets!" I dispatch another gand of zealots with my melta addition on my bike. "Looks like they have enough firepower to take out a rhino depending on how fast the bastards can re-load they could be a grave threat.. Shall I go eliminate them sir?" Swerves around unleashing merry hell into the fray, tearing cultists apart with the two twin linked boltes on the front of my bike.

Marcus opens vox to Huron "if the rhino is lost we won't have enough brothers to complete our objective" he then turns to the other occupants of the vehicle "im going to distract the enemy you lot get to the objective one lost marine will not do much agienst our odds but a full rhinos worth will. get going ill join with you soon enough" Marcus then runs out and slams the rhino to signal to the driver to start pulling up the ramp and then runs cover while firing his bolter at the heavy weapon teams to keep their heads down

Hearing the loud cracks and bangs as rthe cultists rounds bounces off my armour and the rhino. I can see horun and marcus gaining position on the heavy weapons team setting up to engage the immobile rhino. Spotting a heavy cover position in a bombed out concrete house, I start making my way to it. Arrving at the house I think,"This house is the perfect place for an bunkered position".Mounting my heavy bolter I laydown suppressive fire on the bunker, and slaughter any cultist that's wanders blindly into my line of fire. Round after round I fire, but we are still in the main ambush position. Opening my vox I comm Horun. "Huron what orders do you have for us? We are stuck in this ditch!"
