Tony stark is a man with a suit...Simply put take away the suit you have nothing but a really smart play boy. Now with that said and Batman being a master assian plus highly intelligent himself. Dont you think he could come up with away to deal with Tony before he even gets in the suit. Nough Said

I would think that Iron Man would win, but it really depends on what Batman it is. There are allot of them, from the new movies, the Tim Burton movies, to the cartoon Batman. I'm just saying, there is a big difference in power between them all.
