He nodded silently, the mask he wore prevent most communitcation to form the protective seal aound his face. Thaes picked up a few of the nesscary tools and items and began the process of operating on her eyes so he may directly apply the new medicine.

The surgery is arduous. The eyes are worked out and you can see that the stems have clusters of cycsts on each.

"Apply the salve son..." your mother whispers, dabbing a cool cloth on your brow

He place down one of the bloodied tools onto the tray and picked up the syringe filled with the salve now. He leaned closer himself as he gently moves the tip toward the offending buildups on the nerve stems and began applying it.

you manasage to coat the polyyps in the fluid and you visibly see them shrink. soon enough they slough off into a tray and you notice they eyes seem to focus, as if they can perceive light now

Although it couldn't be seen, Thaes smiled as he saw the eyes react to the light. He pointed it out for his mother to see for herself before he took up the tools one move so he may close up the insicions and finally finish the surgery on Liliana.

Thaes takes off the gloves off his claws and laid them on the tray before he takes off the mask with the sound of seals breaking. He works his jaw a little to get the stiffness out from it before he said anything. "Thank you, surprised the flower became more useful than I planned it to be." he admitted to her as he took a paper tissue to wipe off his muzzle of excess drool then tossing it to the biohazard trashbin. "How has everything been for you though mom?" he asked. "I haven't been told much other than you left the tribe and came to this villiage." he added as he stood to one side and watched his mother work.

she cleans her jaws and motions for you to follow her into a cleaning room.

He followed her to the cleaning room, wondering how to tell about all his time since he left the islands. "It's been.....ok, mostly, I think." he said, still unsure how to sum it all up. "Been picked up by oh siht a long time ago, but I guess you knew that." he said looking down at the uniform he wore. "Meet somone who helped me alot over the years though, taught me a lot as well. Was kind of hoping maybe meet you two could meet." he said. "May even meet Jess....." he stopped himself immediatly as he remembered, the smile slipped for a moment before it reasstered itself.

Your mother removes her surgical clothing and changes, a smile on her face.

" I heard all about your tenure with noctourne... I am glad you decided to come home my pale one... We are on bad times."

"What's been going on here mom? He asked her, curious as to what she meant. He couldn't help but think that maybe the black raja might have a hand in it, depending on what he hears what has been happening.

She sighs , sitting in a chair, her hand resting against he temple .

" the black raja ha been crusading.... Drawing varghen to his cause . Jarvan has done all he can but he is but one warrior. The last attack decimated out last squads of enforcers.."

"Well, that definetly doesn't sound good." He remarked with a rather surprised look on his face. "Varghens are actually joining a ghoul king? Why so?" He aked her, since most varghens detested ghouls at the least.

" safety.... Food.. I don't know son. "

She takes your hand lightly.

" we need your fathers help thaes... But I cannot reach him... I cannot leave the sick unattended."

"Now I know that I have a dad, and he's alive too." he commented, the idea now confirmed for him since he never really heard of him or seen him before. "What has he been doing then? " he asked her. "....Does he know I exist?" he asked kind of hesitantly, not sure how the subject of his dad is with his mother.

She smiles.

"He is a warlord in the southern desert....I will arrange for him to meet you."

"The desert.....yeayyyy. Fuck me" He said with some sarcasm as he silently added the swear, dreading the idea of so much sunlight. "What would I even say so he would know who it is and not you know, just a deranged sunstroked albino lizard coming out of nowhere?" he asked his mother.

Your mother chuckles.

" how many albino lizards have you seen my pale one?"

He thought for a moment before he nodded. "Fair enough." he said, conceding the point to the logic. "I would guess we would be going as soon as we can, even though I finally just got here." he said with a small sad smirk. He looked around the room a little, making sure no one was around before he hugs her. "I miss you mom." he said, hugging his biological mom for the first time in decades.
