He nodded to her. "Ok, we'll be back soon mom." Thaes said before he lets go. "Now, to find Johten and see what the cat is doing." he said to himself as he walks off to find the tiger now for the new trip. ".....I wonder where Kiani went off too." he also wondered to himself with the echo of his boots as he walked the halls.

You are no sooner outside then yuou are lifted from your feet and hugged tightly.

"Oh sweet merciful gods no." was all that could escape before he was being hauled into the air and being crushed by the large tiger. "Johten! Let me down!" he commanded the feline. "I'm Thaes the pale not Thaes the cuddly!" he tried to shout, his constricted lungs not letting him as his feet and tail dangled in the air now.

Johten hugs tighter, making various bones pop and shift menacingly*

"DAH DAH! " he tyells smiling.

"Then pay me back a little by letting me go!" he mumbled in short breaths. Thaes tried to wiggled out of the suffocating embrace, but to no avail. He takes in a gasp of air. "MUST. BREATH!" he says, his scales taking a blue tint to the paleness.

johten drops the gasping lizard to the ground shaking his head.

Thaes took in a huge breath, the gulp of air refreshing despite the heat and humidty of the island air around him. He took a few more breaths before looking back up to the tiger. He closed his mouth as he bit back a snappish comment and nodded. "Yes, I'm fine." he said with a sigh as he stood up, dusting off his uniform. "And I see that you are doing better as well now. Surprised you are not waiting outside her door for when she awakens." he said as he put on the helm now, the sunlight starting to irritate his eyes and scales already.

"Right, I know as much." he said to him as he stretched some of his limbs, tiring to loosen himself back up from being squeezed to an inch of his life. "And Jarvan will be here. Now to find Kiani and see if she's going." he thought aloud as he planned a little in his head. "Actually, can you go find her? I need to make sure the pack are still fine outside the walls of the sancturay and gather them up." he asked the Tiger. He was going to use the moment to also used his pda to contact someone he needed to.

Thaes smirked to himself, a geninue expression of him being happy for someone else. ' Been awhile since that happened.' he thought to himself as he shook his head. He digs the pda out from his grey uniform as he walked out to the perimeter wall for the pack, trying to establish a secure line to Nocturne's.

"Oh, I'm fine considering things." he says, an accurate description of what happened so far. He walks outside the gates and into the thick brush, counting off the seconds to where he last let the pack rest. "Meet your brother, seems to have a rather low opinion of you." he tells her, wondering if she might divulge as to why that is.

"he can hold a grudge....he wanted me to let mankind die...I didnt want to....What exactly brought him to you?"

"He wanted my services and offered me a spot in his swarms. I told him that I was already happy working for someone as it is." he told her, a smile under the helm he wore. "But that's was when he starting saying some stuff about you and I kind of ignored those remarks." he finished, walking through the underbrush. "How have you been though Mom?" he asked her, wanting to be sure she was ok.

Underneath the white helm that Thaes wore, the muscles under his right eye twitched spasmlicly at the news his mother just told him. This would be the second time that bile in his gut rose because of Olbrieg. "That's not good. Considering you said attempted, and it's augustus, Olbrieg failed rather miserably I'm assuming?" he asked her as walked on much slower now, a little smirk forming at the last part. "You are safe right mother?" He couldn't help add next, knowing she probably was if she was talking to him on the P.d.a. but wanting to be sure.

"Well, looks like it's all hitting the fan then." he sighed after being told what was happening by nocturne. If Inhotep is really on the move for the first time in possibly centuries, then things were really about to get interesting. "It seems I might be staying around here on the Islands then I first thought, which brings me to my next question." he said he decides to lean on a tree, going to let the pack find him. "Would you be upset if anything happens to your brother or impedes whatever goals he has?" he asked her, hoping she would understand what he was really asking.
