[Armoured Priest]

"....You're just riding on my suspense now aren't you?" He asked her now, his tail twitching excitedly now behind his seat a the prospect getting of such a huge discovery without having to fight someone else for it. But he also wondered what sort of catch is involved. "Where is it? And something is going to try to eat me too I bet?"

"theres always something coming to eat you seth...its part of the world we live in..."

 

Her eyes droop tiredly and she motions for him to leave.

 

"Go...When i wake up you can learn all about it...I need sleep."

He closed his eyes and sighed quietly before standing up, his curiosity that he was trying to ignore at the moment urging him to keep asking. "Alright, go and rest easy, I'll make sure other disturbances will be at a minimum." he told her before heading to the door of the dual patient room. With a claw on the door handle he looks back to her and smiles to himself before turning back and go through the door with the thought. 'At least I still have a good friend after all this.'

You walk outside and walk directly into Jarvan who stands on the other side of the door.

" that went we'll."

He said bluntly.

"A lot better then I would have predicted for myself." Thaes admitted as he made sure the door closed behind him, surprised Jarvan was still here waiting. "...Is there an issue?" he asked him, picking up on the tiger's blunt tone he had and not sure what to make of it.

"that vial you took for johten...You really arent stupid enough to beleive that your other mother has altrustic intentions for it do you."

For a moment thaes felt somewhat flustered at Jarvan's claim, his tail twitching in place behind him. But he knew he wasn't completely wrong either. ".....Not in whatever plan's entirety...." Thaes said after a moment of silence as he tried to find a way to word his response carefully. "I'm...still debating on sending her the vial for now." he told him, his statement bearing actual truth. "Now if you would excuse me jarvan, I want to go sit down alone in a room and think for awhile. A lot is going on and I'm sure it is only the beginning." he said as he started to walk down the hall to find an empty room to possibly claim for his own for now.

jarvan says flatly drawing his blade.

 

"My brother is all i have left in this damnable world.....If you do anything tyo take him from me....You wont need to worry about your next breath.....Becasue illl cut it from you."

"That's nice.....considering I saw both of you as brothers and I had most of my major bone broken and organs damage to get me to preform a gruesome experiment that made the woman in that room husband kill both her and her children in order to control him, and then when that persuasion didn't work, that same someone told me they knew where this village was and threaten to kill everyone here and burn the remains. So I do an evil I hoped to control during its' process and prevent the plausible chance of the other evil that would let my brother's lives be destroyed." Thaes explains to the obviously disgruntled tiger, not even having the courage to look him at the eye at that point. "So, I hope you're never put in a position to choose one group of people your close to over most of you life over the other, not as easy as you just tried to put it." Thaes added, before he returned his original path, but now just looking for an exit of the building instead.

You walk Ito Johten who's face is Stoney and you hear Jarvan laugh.

" relax brother.... He doesn't mean what you took it as."

He places a hand on your shoulder.

" come ..... It's time you learn about the storm

"Ow" with an annoyed grunt as He rubbed the end of his snout that was rammed into the solid wall that was Johten, wincing a little at the sudden impact. "The who now? The storm born?" Thaes asked as he looked up to him, with a brow raised in question. "Is this something you two are apart of?" he asked both of them, curious of what new information seeming to be unveiled to him.

He opens a locked door within the hall just ahead of you and Jarvan walks past you, following his brother inside.

"Well, that's one answer so far."  Thaes said to himself before he goes to follow the two tigers. "Last time I followed someone into a private room, it wasn't much.....fun." He commented as walked, not sure what is going on now. 'Whatever it is, probably involves lightening.' he thought to himself.

Inside you see what looks like a black tiger hide.

 

 

The coloring is impossible, inhumanely dark and the eyes are bright red jewels.

 

on the altar are two blades, impossibly dark as well, with leather straps around the hilts that looks like skin

"So, has this just been sitting here in the hospital?" Thaes asked both of them, preplexed by the rather strange altar. Whoever had the fur, whiched looked like panther fur till he started seeing strips in it, seemed to have had melanism, the reverse of his albinism. And the leather did not looked like it came from any normal sources. "....What is it?" he added as he looked at johten with a gesture to the blades and the altar.

jarvan takes one of the blades, and jarvan takes another.

 

"THat....friend is the hide of our father.....And these blades are the last pair of blades made for the stormguard..."

 

Jarvan nods solemly as Johten speaks.

"These blades are a family pair......The steel tempered in an arc forge before the technology was lost...They carry electrical currents at all times...Think of them as keys to old world technology."

[Armoured Priest]

"Hm, wonder what sort of tech would require those kind of keys." Thaes thought aloud as he stared at the massive weapons the tigers held, looking as if each was created according the fighting style of their respective owner. "But why are you two telling all of this? I really doubt I have any sort of right to know about this." He asked them, feeling as if this was a family thing he was intruding on instead of being in his lab rather then something being told to him.

The archivist comes into the room and inspects the blade...

 

"Thety are keys.....To a vault long forgotten....They were the only way to get into the phoenican vault...And the key to awaken the steel batallion."

"You have rather coincidental timing don't you?" Thaes said with a raised scaly brow before looking back to the swords. "Steel battalion? Is this something you heard from augustus once or something you heard along your travels?" He asked, curious as to know what this phoenican vault stored. "Although steel battalion sounds something out of my specialty.." He added as he leaned against a wall with no chairs in sight.

"think of them like...A robotic scout legion...It was a way augustus harvested ghoul dna en masse."

 

She takes the sword from jarvan and inspects it.

 

"I heard him talking about these blades often..." She looks at jarvan and johten. "These blades are the reason you are odinic...They are the reason your dna evolved."
