Dingo was silent for a moment as he then spoke

"Zaku 2's are much like Zaku one's front line combat as they can have around the same weaponry all together but some of its new weapons are still being developed for them....the best I can tell you that the Zaku 2 has a shield and if you piloted the way you did today I'm gonna feel sorry for those feddies" said Dingo as he then stood up from the railing as he then looked at you

"i hoped in some way I answered your question but lets just see the look on yours and that kids Rick's face when you see your suits" said Dingo as he started to walk away with a cigarette lite in his mouth

"I am really looking forward to it." he said with a grin as he thought about how might the future battles will go. He shook himself from his reverie as he heads for the elevators and let the maintence crews do their thing. He has the elevator take him to the bridge and talk to the captain, see what happened on his end.

As the elevator soon reached the top you saw that the Bridge was busy as Captain Nomen was shouting orders at his crew as from the window you could see that you were still moving through the asteroid field

Seeing the captain busy at the moment, Jack moved to a side and out of the way as he waited for a moment when the captain had time to talk. Jack wanted to know what happened to the other three pilots, all he knows is that they got wiped out.

As the bridged quieted down and the captain slumped in his chair he saw you standing off to the side and motioned you to come forward

"I'm guessing you aren't here for a visit Jack...so what can I do for you" Captain Nomen said as he had his attention on you

He moved closer to the captain and leaned against a rail. "I came up here to ask how three zakus get wiped out before even meeting the cruiser they were assigned to kill." he explained, almost confounded by the idea of it.

"hm well....it even confounds me as well but it seems that pilots were killed by the same units you and squad mate Rick were fighting...the enemy had even up against the Zaku's and some how it seems that they weren't fast enough so it might have been a technical issue that happened...maybe they were ambushed before they even got to the asteroid field" said Captain Nomen as he let out a sigh as he looked at you expecting to see if you'll expect the answer or not

After a moment of silence Jack just simlpy shrugs. "I guess that's how it went." he said "If it was ambush probably should keep that in mind since mobile suits are still new and the enemy will probably try to make new tactics to deal with us." he suggested to the captain. "How bad did the ship get damaged sir?" he asked him, knowing the Dolores had to deal with battleship for awhile..

"the Dolores is fine as we manage to get almost no scratches on her do to both of you and Rick out there in combat" said Nomen as he smiled a bit

"if it wasn't for you two then I think the Dolores would have been sunk by now" said Nomen as he gave you a thankful nodded

He nods. "No problem sir, happy to help." he said with a smile. He gets up from the railing. "I won't take up more of your time sir, have a good day." he said with a salute before he starts heading back to the elevator.

"just take care of yourself as of from now on you and Rick are the only defense this ship has from the federation" said Captain Nomen as he saluted back and then looked back towards the Men working on the bridge as you mange to get back into the elevator

"Then this is the safest ship in the entire Zeon fleet." he said to himself with a grin as he chuckled at his own comment. He pushes the button to head up to barracks, going to go ahead and rest for a bit now.

3 days have passed....the day is January 6 0079....resupply day

you wake up in your room as the patrols over the last three days were long and tiring as you remember today is the day when the resupply would be coming as Dingo had said before

Jack had a grin ear to ear on his face as he remembered. "Feel like a kid on christmas moring." he said to himself. He sprang up from the cot he was sleeping in and put on his uniform as quickly as he could. With the resupply not only are the new suits here, but so are the reinforcements. Which means they can return to the fights rather than advoid them. "I thought I was going to go nuts with on the patrols. Oh wait....might be a little late." he laughed to himself s he went for the elevator for the hanger bay.

You quickly move though the ship and towards the elevator as you soon encounter Rick standing and waiting for the doors to open and as you get there you both walk in

"So you excited about the resupply its good that were finally getting Back up I hope" said Rick as over the last few days it seems like he watch your back though thick and thin as the elevator soon reached the bottom which was the hanger

"It's going to be a nice change of pace compared to the last few days." Jack admitted with a smile. "I wonder who we got as new squadmates now, and if they will actually last longer." he said as he waited by the railing.

as you can see into the hanger there were giant vents open and it seemed that was where the supplies were coming in as three new Zaku 2's were in the Hanger waiting to be piloted

"man I Hope we get assigned to those new suits Jack just Imagine the good we do in those" said Rick as his face seemed in a smile that threaten to rip his face in two as he was looking at the Zaku's but from the corner of your eye you could see three people talking with Dingo but as it seems one person was doing all the talking as it seemed to look like a short young woman that almost looked around Rick's age

Looking over to the new people and saw the woman and was surprised. "How about we meet our new squadmates first, then see about the Zaku II's." Jack said as he made his way over to the new arrivals.

"But the Zaku's Jack there calling out to us....Fine" said Rick as he dejectedly followed behind you as he kept looking back a t the Zaku's

"I'll come back for you beautiful" you heard from behind as you knew no one other the Rick was following you as you find the stairs down to bottom floor as from the distant you can the girl

"This is not how you welcome a new solider from Side three no tell me where is the Captain" said the Girl as she seemed to be angry at Dingo as the man seemed like he didn't even want the trouble

"Look girl or whatever your name is I have orders from the captain to keep you done here until he's done accepting the orders and making sure that the transfer's are done so could you please be quiet and wait off to the side" said Dingo as he had an annoyed look on his face

"At least learn my Name Damn it" the girl then shouted as she kept her eyes on Dingo

"Maybe when you survive your first actual mission" said Dingo as he looked to his side and saw both you and Rick and pleaded that you would save him from this hell

He gave a slight nod to dingo as he smiled a bit, freeing him of his personal hell it seems. "Alright, how about I learn your name." He started off. "I'm Jack Dandy, glad to see you three made it aboard safely it seems. Your's?" he asked as he held out a hand to her.
