I have lost my mod powers. it may have something to do with the fact that ive been made a mod for the Angels sanguine but this means there is currently no mod for the 14th legion.
So do I just make a ticket about this?

Yes. Make a ticket. If you don't have access to that, being the leading force behind the Halo faction, then that will need to be updated. The admins should have much more intel on this then we do.

This is due to making u a mod for the AS ?
their armour was coloured black and upon it was drawn chilling images of bones and fire, and on their helm they bore skulls... Like the bones of men in the torment of purgatory they were, and yet not a sound did they make...

Its probably cause they have made me an officer of the angels so I lose my banner as leader of the 14th so I lose my mod CP it is probably nothing more than a mistake.

Likely some wires got crossed. I wouldn't get too worried over it.

I added Doom as a mod to AS section, which automatically promotes people to Leader (some stupid prediction thing) so I have to demote them immediately. Unfortunately in this case, Doom was supposed to be a Leader and I demoted him by accident. I'm undoing it now as per his ticket
