They year is 0079 January 11th one after operation British your leaning over a railing as you look upon your mobile suit a Zaku 1 commander type as the horn onto of the Zaku's head give away at your ranking as Zaku 2's surround your Zaku 1 you soon hear a voice hit your hears

"are you Ensign Erim Phasewolf" said Female voice as it hit your ears

Straightens his body and then leans on the rail with his back turned away from the zakus, crosses his arms and says,
"I am... let me guess... your my new unit right?"

The woman nodded as she then introduced herself

"I am Captain Katris of the supply fleet Ryuga" said Katris as she introduced herself and looked at your Zaku

"and it seems your our commanding pilot for our small fleet so if you would please follow me I'll introduce to the pilots they'll you'll be launching with" said Katris as she motioned you to follow her

Straightens his body and with a smirk on his face he says "lead the way"

After a little bit of following the young lady he asks her, "so... what does someone like you have to gain from this war anyway? Is it for glory, fame, or Zeons independence from the Earth Federation?"

"Ensign I do believe you were a bit out of line there" said Katris as she turned to looked at him with a look of disappointment and sighed

"if you truly want to know I'm here to fight for Zeon Independence" Katris as she then added as she lead you through the halls of the ship as she brought you to what seemed to be a briefing room as she then looked back at you

"now if you please sit down there will be a few others on the way and I need to brief you all together for the operation we have been assigned" as the captain went silent as she went about getting some papers together and going over them

He walks over to his place and takes a seat and waits for the briefing to start.

As you wait for a few minutes the soon room fills in with Pilots that were younger then you as it seemed most of them seem to be in there early thirties and late twenty's as they were silent with each other as they would gaze at the other people around them for a moment as soon the Captain who was at the front of the room coughed to get everyone's attention

"Hello I am Captain Katris and of this moment your are all under my command" said Katris as the room went dark as the screen lit up

"as of yesterday a federation fleet is approaching Granada" said Katris as she then looked around the room for a moment as she then continued

"Our operation is to resupply the fleet that went into combat and to mop up whatever federation ships that are still around the Moon...any questions" Katris finally said as she then looked around the room one last time expecting anyone to have questions

Looking up "i was wondering... what are we expecting to encounter around the moon, that is if anything is left. Aslo... why are we the mop up force... our allies in the area should have mopped them up already."

Looks around the room at the other pilots "Are all of you ready to fight if the need arises?"

Katris turned her gaze upon you and smirked a bit

"yes you are correct since our allies should have taken care of our enemies but it seems that there were more ships then expected" said Katris as she then sighed

"so our mission is to relive them, give them enough supplies and replacement mobile suits and then take out any enemy warships that are in the area" Katris then added as she then looked around the room

"any more questions" she then added as a man then raised his hand

"yes you what's your question" said Katris as the man gave her a lazy look

"how long is this operation is suppose to last then"said the man in the corner

"possibly four days" said Katris as she smiled at the man but he still gave a lazy demeanor as she then looked at the assembled pilot

"alright then all of you have free rain to do what you want on the ship in the mean time so all of you are dismissed" said Katris as everyone stood up and saluted except for the man sitting off in the corner

Rather irritated at the man in the corner "son i advise that you at least salute your commanding officer, I for one do not tolerate lazyness"

Looks at the captain, salutes and says "I"ll be in my quarters if you need me"

The man ignored your statement as he got up and started to leave the room as everyone else followed as the captain stopped you for a moment as she then said

"please don't mind him... he's one of your squad members in your unit Chief Petty Officer Melinko Vector and the other member squad member Hector since he seems to have just joined the unit like yourself" said Katris as she started picking up the operation folder

"well if you need anything your free to explore the ship or rest in the room until the operation begins" Katris then finished as she left the room leaving you to yourself

He stood there for a moment until an idea hit him, he says to himself quietly "maybe i should go and pay a visit to Hector and that lazy boy Melinko"

He slowly walks twords the direction to the living quaters of Hector to pay him a visit.

Again he says to himself quietly "if im going to work with these two... I might as well get to know them"

As you walked through the halls of the ship you could Melinko in the hall way as he was talking to a younger kid who looked to be 17 to 19 as Melinko seemed to be ignoring the kid as it seem the kid was to talking to him as you got closer

"Sir please we have to find our new CO I mean at least lets get to know him at least" said the Kid as Melinko seemed to ignoring him as he then said

"well I meet him before don't really know who he is but I don't really care for the moment" said what seemed to be Melinko as he then pulled out a cigarette and lit it up as he started to smoke

He walks up to the two and looks at them both and says to the younger looking one and says "You must be Hector" then looks at Melinko "well i would say that we got off on a bad start but you only have to salute the captain and show her a little respect at least." Pulls out a cigar while still looking at Melinko "do you mind? i lost my lighter" with a smile on his face.

"tch" was the sound that came from Melinko as he passed you his lighter as Hector stood and saluted you

"a Sir pleasure to meet you" said Hector as he stood up and saluted you as Melinko leaned against the wall as he continued smoking

He looks at hector "dont salute me... i dont care for such things."
Looking at Melinko "so whats your story?"

Melinko looked at you for a moment as he stood quiet as he took his lighter and motioned himself to leave as Hector stood there looking at his back and then looked back at you

"well sir he was a part of a squad that was part of operation British but they were all wiped out but him...so he was transferred to his sister's unit" said Hector as he stood there

"he's kinda of loner around here and since there are two other member's of your squad I think we should go off and introduce them" said Hector as he waited to hear your answer

he takes a puff of his cigar and then looks at hector "good point, i will leave him alone... it does make me wonder though... who is his sister?"

He follows Hector to the other members of his unit.

As Hector leads you through the halls he then comments off

"yea well the captain is harsh when she needs to be but has a gentle side when it comes to her brother it seems" said Hector as he looked back and lead you into a room with three other pilots sitting around as two of them were playing cards as another one seemed to be leaning back on a chair sleeping

A little shocked from putting the two of them together as brother and sister (melinko and the captain) he pulls himself together and says "so how is everybody doing." with a puff of the cigar and a smile on his face.
