No idea about the whip, but its speculated she might have a Bow from what looks like an arrow holster on her back. Maybe her whip turns into a bow?

Also this ruined my day a little :

I think its because this trailer actually features some sort of plot instead of just action fight scenes, it'd be interesting if the anime was endless fight scenes but I don't think that would be a very successful idea :/
