Magron starts forward at a fast clip all the while keeping aware of his surroundings. "Py'ron inform me of your location. After we link up we're heading to meet up with Fafnir and then we're continuing the mission."

Magron - Having received the co-ordinates from Py'ron makes his way to the deserted orc settlement. Providing he does not fall foul of any other gargoyles he estimates he will be there in little over 20 mins.

 

Py'ron - Upon hearing from Magron that he is to receive backup he must chose now whether to scout out the settlement or stay his ground till Magron arrives.

 

Fafnir - Continues cautiously. The tunnel ahead bends sharply to the left and keeping his back against the wall maneuvers slowly but with determination. Darkness awaits him.

As he makes his way the closeness of the air gives way to a much larger chamber. He senses movement ahead but in this light is unable to see and definable outlines.

 

Grimaldus, Ardak, Davron, Liam, Damas, Romulas, -

Having reached their destination the looted vehicle comes to a stop. Romulas leaps from the rear and aiming down his sights begins to sweep the area for signs of movement.
"M'Lords how do you wish us to proceed?

To the Left of them appears to be a cliff face. Eroded and pitted with years of acid rain. Here and there small caves can be seen along it's length.

To the Right, close, dense forestry.

Ardak - notices that there is some kind of electrical interference in the area. Checking his systems he believes it to be coming from somewhere to the right of the group hidden within the mass of foliage.

Fafnir takes a deep breath, breathing in the smells of the tunnel to see if he can smell anything amiss, and listens intently with his sharp gene-enhanced senses to try and gauge what awaits him.

Py'ron walks carefully forward and starts to scout the settlement, all the while keeping his guard ready

Fafnir - As he concentrates he begins to see the outline of a large creature. A huge armored leather back shell is supported on 4 large powerful legs. A further 2 appendages sprout from what he deems the front where a small head resides, each sporting a long scything blade made out of it's own chitinous hide. The Tyrant Guard moves to block the tunnel ahead. Should he wish to continue he has to go through the creature. It's slavering maw opens and it hisses venomously.

 

Py'ron -

BURSTING from a mound of rubble the creature showers him with debris! Standing tall it slashes down at him with two barbed mantis like arms.

Magron continues to run in to the coordinates, keeping an watch for anything lurking in the area.

Romulus falls into set by the imposing Celestial Lion used to following orders rather than giving them.

Grimaldus move foward to locate the source of the interfering

"Ardak, can your equiment locate the source or what it is?"

As Ardak disembarks from the greenskin transport, he begins to scan for the source.

"Aye, brother." After moment of scanning with his systems, he indicates to the left, to a mass of thick foliage.

"The source appears to be hidden with in there." he indicated.

The Bolts rip into its chest and it reels back surprised by the unexpected agility of its target and it's vicious sting. This time it attacks with more caution scything low to take him to the floor.

As he leaps the bone hard blade catches his boot, Slashing into the reinforced leather. Pain shoots up his leg. Although a clip, the blow is enough to turn him. Off balance he hits the floor on his side. Seeing it's opportunity again it slams down with both.
