Veteran filmmaker Kormákur has worked successfully in a variety of genres, topping the US box office with Contraband in 2012, and shorted-listed for an Oscar with The Deep in 2013. Now he’s joining CCP to bring New Eden to the small screen, in an original series inspires by “True Stories from the First Decade”.
