I think the carcharadons sound cooler but I suppose using both names is how it'll go. It was definitely interesting to read about them in their badab war codex section.
Most likely raven guard successors due to skin turning pale and hair going black as they age.

What are they a successor of?
What I read nobody knows there Parr of the imperium but kinda not there like loners but on a gene seed they recovered it kinda resembled the reaven guard primarch
