I wanted a blood bowl pitch to play on. so here goes.
Equipment -
Sharp knife
Pencil
Ruler
Insulation foam

So measure and cut the foam to size. I did this by first marking out the playing grid.

Once I had done that I cut out the grid to give the impression of tiles. This was done by simple V cuts.

As I don't want it to be massive I thought I'd make the base look like a rock stone mountain effect.

It's hard to make it look natural and erratic so try to avoid repeating yourself over and over.

Waste nothing these off cuts I will reuse.

With a little imagination they make great stone walls.

Put together they can build almost anything.

A couple of plastic D&D doors.

Well It's taking shape. Nothing is as yet glued down only placed where I want it. Just need to get some cocktail sticks for solid anchorage.
If some of the pics are too large I advise opening them in another tab so you can see it all. Looks far better.
Once everything is glued and dry my next session will be themeing and painting. The painting may take awhile as I need to buy some (really can't make that) So if anyone has any Black emulsion knocking about they don't want hay *waves* give me a shout lol.
Stage One of Weather Top Arena done = Time 6 hours give or take.
