the figure laughsas if pleased with the words. The falcon on itss shoulder considers him carefully before it speaks again.
"YOu thinjk i am in cahoots with Nacht and his chosen?"
The figure laughs and shakes his head, as if the entire thought was preposterous.
"My name is nil....ANd im as far from in cahoots with nahts chosen as one can be... I am an envoy of his opposite nihil."
he stands beside the ghoul and yawns as if bored, pokign at it
"Ive watched over your father for years..all the way back to your first ancestor.... Ill give you one freebie...Maybe another time we can speak? when you arent upset?"
he taps the ghouls chin and time restarts.
The ghoul is sent flying upward as if it had been in an explosion, sending it into the startled mob as thanatos finally pushes up on his hands.
