Kanta looks at Tarkus for a second before he laughs a bit

 

"you its good thing I have you guys around I would have been dead a long time ago" as Kanta continued to look out over the town and then turned to face tarkus

 

"Alright will give the plan a go Tarkus" as he motioned him to follow

 

"Lets go tell everyone what's gonna be happening soon since I think they would love finally getting off of this ship" as kanta moved to tell people on the ship Tarkus plan

HOLD!"

 

Marcus yells from the navigators nest, looking at something in the distance.

 

"New  target found kanta! were found a new beach point!"

"What's the Area looking like Marcus can we get onto land from there" Kanta yelled as he waited for an answer from his father

he runs to you and hands you a pair of binoculars.

 

In the distance you can see a military platform. A base placed high above the water to oversee operations on the continent below.

 

"If we get that....We can have a strong foothold."

"alright then change of plans we gonna be taking that platform then Tarkus" as Kanta gazed at Tarkus for the moment

 

"get everyone together and inform them what were going to do" and soon started walking again

 

"I want everyone ready for this when the time comes" as Kanta didn't bother waiting a answer and went to inform whoever he could to get ready to move out

the whole ship is made ready, and the captian, though supersticious and wanting to avoid the place as much as possible, begrudgingly comes over. soon enough the ship slides into the dock and markus hits a button on the side. massive vice like jaws lift the ship into ancent lifters, slowly carrying the ship up and into the air.

 

"this is gonna be risky.....If this was a prewar base...There could be quarentine filled to the rafters with ghouls."

"Then we go in first to check it out so if it is filled with Ghouls one of us can get back and let everyone else know what's inside" as Kanta checked his weapons to make sure they were loaded

 

"So who else is coming in cause I know I am" as Kanta waited for answer from anyone else

solomon checks his shotgun.

 

"Ill back you up little bro.."

 

He smiles and fixes his face mask as the ship shudders hard and you can see the massive flight deck sprawling in front of you.

 

"YOu ready?"

"I didn't come this far to back down now so lets do this" as Kanta checks his helmet one last time and then steps on to the massive flight deck

 

"Lets check the entire runway first before we step inside I want to make sure nothing gets us from behind" as Kanta soon started to explore the base

solomon begins to walk with you and he makes sure to keep his shotgun close.

 

Nothing moves , nothing even seems to breathe. It takes yo ua  few hours but soon you clear the deck and get to the ladder that leads up to the habitation levels.

 

"Its ....impossibly quiet here.."

 

he says as he looks around, his hand resting on a giant metal pipe.

 

"Couldnt they have used this as a king of sanctuary?"

"maybe the people who use to live here are the ones roaming the town now Solomon"  as Kanta looked down the ladder and started checking it to make sure it was safe

 

"and if they wanted to use this as a sanctuary there should have a large section of the base to grow food or else this base really did relied on the town for everything and that won't be good for us" as he then turned to his brother and asked

 

" so who goes down first you or me" and waited for his answer

solomon shoulders his weapon and begins climbing down untioil his boots can be heard hitting the deck.

 

"Its clear kanta! come on down!"

"That better be true Solomon or I'm gonna slug you" as Kanta began climbing down the ladder

 

"Cause knowing my luck something bad always happens right about now" and continued climbing the rest of the way down in silence

below you hear a horrible noise.

 

Ghouls, humans are contained in ancient cells and milling about carelessly. The stench is terrible, and you can almost taste the taste of waste and flesh in the air.

 

"Ugh..FUck waht the hell man..........THis is where the old inhabitants were huh.."

"Great now were gonna have to clear these out later" as Kanta began moving forward

 

"Come on lets go and try to find out what happen here and stay on your toes I don't want anymore surprises today" and started to keep a look out for anyone that might still be alive in this madness

you move slowly, the ghouls charging at you but bing stopped at the bars as solomon points to waht looks like a habitation office.

 

"Lets get to that....We should be ok if everything is contained."

"hopefully there should be something in there to tell us what happened to this place" as Kanta began walking towards the office while keeping his shot gun ready and loaded in case a ghoul manages to get loose

the habitation office is quiet and dusty. No one has been there in years and you can see that the machines all work and have different buttons for the cages.

 

Solomon sits down and begins looking for the cameras as simone looks around.

 

"A place like this...just abandonded?"

"Come on Simon I know you don't really get to stretch your legs but I wanna keep looking around" as kanta picked up Simon and moved to leave the office as he then looked back for a moment

 

"also Solomon don't press anything on that console alright I don't want to get swarmed because you got curious" as kanta kept moving to leave the room

You go down into the dingy halls and find that you are in a kind of prison complex with electronic doors that lead into dark rooms.

" this place has some bad juju...."

Simone says as he looks around.

"Something bad has to have happened... There's no way to get up here unless you are in a ship..."
