"Nothing is as dependable as a Bolter" Marik says arrogantly as he looks over the weaponry

"Thrall and I will hold the middle, Garrison you and Marik move out a little further and be ready to move while firing, Damon and Remiel keep them off Thrall and I if the enemy gets close." Said Kilof. "Stay alert, Sergeant we are ready." Shifting his stance to soild shooting stance.

it appears the Blood Angels have retreated back to baal as neither of them have posted in the RP's lately.

Moving along the racks till he reached the chainswords and bolt pistols. Selecting one of each testing the weight with a quick few swings. "i am ready"

At that moment the weapons rack slides back into the ground and the panel seals over it. The four gates open slowly, and from behind them can be heard great snarls. When they are at last open, several warped canine figures stalk in from each gate.

"These are some of the indiginous life here, recruits." Demetrius calls down from the height of the walls. "We call them Barbed Jackals. Slay them and prove your mettle."

There seem to be five Jackals from each gated entry. They are roughly 150m away, and from their snarling jaws and beady eyes, you imagine that distance will disappear quickly.

Okay first round go. I think Drake Malice has quit Gothic Wars, but I will give a couple days to see if I'm wrong, if not... well he will not last long. I have included a rough pic give an idea of the layout.

Said Kilof. "Make a circle heavy bolters in the middle, blades in close, and bolters further out." As he buckled down, and unleashed a rain of bullets into the crowd toward the north, 'calm and steady'

The enemies were on all four sides. This was the worse situation to be in.. Garrus heard the orders from Recruit White and deemed it a fair assumption. "Aye!" He shouted before picking his targets and firing well aimed headshots at the fast approaching wall of targets.

Aiming his fire at the western flank, Garrus attempted to cut down one wall, meaning the remaining foes would be coming from only three sides. Here Garrus would use the wealth of experience from his previous successful training rounds.

Thrall spinning on his heel to face the souh with his back to Brother White, Braced and started to burst fire into the oncoming horrors. holding them whilst his brothers took the west side.

"Keep them stunned brothers, Remeil if you see an opening let me know". Gritting hes teeth against the power ofthe knockbak of the heavy bolter.

Readying himself for combat Remiel flicked the rune whirling the chainsword into life. His left arm coming up to aim at the chests of the enemies facing him firing off shots sparingly.

Don't worry Phoenix, there isn't much detail. It's just a large square with us in the middle and an opening in each wall with 5 jackals in each.

As Damon's Chainsword roared to life he was prepared for anything even death

"brothers today we are equals and if we survive today we will face many more hardships" said Damon as he level his bolter pistol towards the enemy and fired 3 shots into the jackals with quick aim at the North gate

"WHEN WE MEET AGAIN BROTHERS LET IT BE ON THE BATTLEFIELD OR BY THE EMPERPOR'S SIDE" Yelled Damon as channeled his inner rage ready to tear them apart if they got close knowing that he had to be quick when the Jackals got close

[Domine Nox]

The Barbed Jackals leap forward, their jaws snarling. Garrus opens fire aiming his shots, but the Jackals are swift and his rounds fails to make purchase. Kilof and Thrall brace their massive heavy Bolters prepared to unleash hell upon the slavering hounds, but as they each pull the trigger there is a distinct lack of fire. Looking down they each see that the first round has wedged cockeyed in the feed.

Damon draws up his bolt pistol and carefully aims. He fires off nicking a hound in the legs taking it to the ground. It stands back up, limping as it struggles to keep up. Remiel raises his bolt pistol and picks his targets, being sure to aim center mass. Firing off three quick rounds. The jackals endeavor to get out of the way, but one is not so successful it's foreleg is blown clean off, and the jackal hits the dirt, bleeding out heavily.

Kilof slams the round into his heavy bolter, angry with himself. "Die you crazed beast!" Yelled Kilof as he sprayed his rounds into the beasts to the north.

Damon knowing there was no time to finish of the Jackal he wounded turned his attention to the Jackal's incoming

"Brothers i wounded one of the jackals I need one of you to finish it off" said Damon as he then engaged the Jackal in close combat Knowing that he would need to strike fast and furious as he turned to the Jackals in the east

"COME YOU DOGS ITS TIME FOR YOU TO BE PUT DOWN" Damon yelled out he struck out with a slashing arc from left to right in front of him that was then followed by Damon firing his bolt pistol again into the Jackals

Thrall With a wrenched the round into place with a roar of fury.

Seeing the round slide into place he braced and trained hit weapon on the nearest jackal.

"To close to miss you now beast." Pressing the trigger releaseing a torrent of fore towards the enemy.

[Brother Remiel]

As the jackals moved in around them Remiel fires off one last roumd amd leaps towards them. Chainsword swinging in a glistening arc.

Garrus quickly fired a shot towards the downed Jacked for the killshot and realising the tactical location weakness bellows, "Recruits! Move to the top North west corner, Lets keep them on fewer sides!!"

Garrus starts blind-firing into the throng and pushing towards the arena edge.
